What band did you discover in 2011 (can be a brand new band or an older band) that had an impact on your life? What made them significant?
I spent most of the year surrounded by songs on Yo Gabba Gabba thanks to my daughter. I think Muno's song about rain is a standout track.?
How will you remember 2011 (in terms of music)?
It was the year A389 cranked out 30 releases all of which were perfect in their own way.
What can we look forward to from you in 2012?
A lot of bad jokes and a lot of great records.
What records are you looking forward to most in 2012?
Pick Your Side LP, Junior Bruce LP, Homewrecker LP, Hatewaves LP and any Booger Sugar recordings that may surface.
What did you expect to be huge in 2011 which never made it?
Most underrated record for sure was SERAPHIM The Light In The Distance. I think their new record is going to make people backtrack and realize they overlooked something really special.
