It’s fantastic to still see label holding up the torch when it comes to being dedicated to the fine art of the analogue format, partly because of its sonic superiority, partly as a reminiscence to a time where it was de rigour.

Snappy Little Numbers is a label that keeps pumping out quality releases, lovingly illustrated with attention to detail and no strict dogma as to stylistic confines and the Zephyr LP is no exception.

ZEPHYR’s Don’t Worry About It LP is an interesting one as after having been tricked by the cover into thinking that it was going to be dominated by an artsy singer-songwriter vibe, the full-length proves to be a dynamic, punky exercise in channelling La Dispute mixed with the band’s idiosyncratic gruff yet tender energy, which is comprised in equal parts of power pop sensitivities and the trademark scrappiness indie rock of the 1990s became loved for.

A lean, melodic and intimate album that comes in randomly mixed coloured vinyl.

On their latest five song statement, Bombay’s Pacifist sound fully aware of the lineage they’re working within, and just as aware of how much effort it takes to keep those ideals alive … Read more

Pure Intentions is a hard hitting punk band first emerging in the Chicago scene in 2020. Since its formation by Joe Asshole and Tommy Volume, they have since added Judson Jones in 2024 to become its current standing trio. During that time, these guys have spread their gritty sound by touring the United States while gaining a strong following along … Read more

Red Asphalt
Relapse (2026)

There are few bands in extreme metal who understand their own lane as well as Exhumed. For nearly three decades, Matt Harvey and company have made gore feel theatrical, technicality feel fun, and deathgrind feel almost celebratory. Red Asphalt doesn’t rewrite that formula but weaponizes it, straps it into the driver’s seat, and floors the accelerator straight into oncoming traffic. … Read more
