A documentary called Desolation Center will be available on June 23 on digital platforms, following its official release last November. The film focuses on outdoor guerrilla music and art performance that happened in the 1980s and is credited for influencing the festival culture of today's gatherings such as Burning Man, Lollapalooza, and Coachella.
At a total of 94 minutes, the documentary includes interviews and/or live performances from artists including Sonic Youth, Minutemen, Meat Puppets, Perry Farrell, Redd Kross, and more. Check out a trailer below.
