SPB is excited to offer a first glimpse at a new video from Vancouver punks Anchoress. The four-piece released Set Sail this May on Defiled Under: Music, and are just now releasing the video to "She-Devil," directed by drummer Chris Lennox-Aasen.
Lennox-Aasen offers the following details concerning the making of the video:
I directed the video and we shot at a house that me and our bassist, Ricky, were living in at the time. We decided to have a kick-ass New Year's Eve party and invited friends and some hardcore fans over for dinner, the main course being a destructive live performance. We figured that would be a hell of a way to ring in the new year - sweaty dudes, hoarse vocals, foosball. Definitely a bitchin' time all around. We just went in there and figured whatever happens happens - unscripted and un-rehearsed and a whole lot of rowdy fun.
Earlier this year the band covered Andrew WK's "Party Hard."
