After working with Ben Weasel and a number of interviewees, Midway Pictures was withdrawn the film from production, reportedly after Weasel demanded final cut of the film. Screeching Weasel is set to celebrate their 27th anniversary with a concert in Chicago, IL later this year.
The shelved documentary was to include interviews with Weasel, Danny Panic, Dan Vapid, Larry Livermore, Mike Dirnt, Fat Mike, and more.
