The Postal Service & Death Cab 20th anniversary tour announced

Twenty years after releasing core albums, both The Postal Service and Death Cab for Cutie will embark on a celebratory anniversary-themed tour in 2023, with The Postal Service playing Give Up in its entirety, as well as co-headliner Death Cab for Cutie playing the full Transatlanticism.

Taking a moment to plug our own twentieth anniversary, SPB reviewed each album on it's release too (linked above).

Ben Gibbard, a co-founder in both bands, will pull double duty each night, joined in The Postal Service by Jimmy Tamborello, and Jenny Lewis, and in Death Cab for Cutie by Nick Harmer, Dave Depper, Zac Rae, and Jason McGerr.

Dates are listed below. Presales begin on Dec. 14, opening to the general public on Dec. 16.

Death Cab for Cutie released Asphalt Meadows earlier this year.
