D.O.A. celebrated the 40th anniversary of their notable Hardcore 81 album last year. Due to COVID restrictions, touring was generally untenable and, as such, the band will take the 40th (41st) anniversary south to the USA and back to Canada in April-May this year.
Over the 12-stop tour, the band will play the album in its entirety. Besides the milestone tour, the band also celebrated the anniversary with a re-release of the original album with three bonus tracks and a 12-page booklet titled "History of Hardcore" written by Joey Shithead.
