US heavy weights Baroness have announced that they are returning to Australia for a national tour in December, on top of their appearance at the legendary Meredith Festival. It has been two years since the four-piece were last in Australia — they played Soundwave Festival back in 2014, and before that supported Metallica on their 2010 tour.
This time around, the band will play five headline shows across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth, as well as their Meredith Festival set. Word around the campfire has that the Baroness will treat punters down under with a best of mélange of songs spanning their four albums and thirteen year career.
