November Was a Tragic Month For Music

Posted by Aaron H on November 28, 2011

I hope everyone had a nice holiday and shopping weekend, but it's time to do some recap. So, November has claimed the lives or many bands. Today, The Riot Before announced they'd be hanging up the towel. Maruta and O Pioneers!!! called it a day just before Thanksgiving. We lost some of the best songwriters in music, Thursday and Thrice--both of which released tremendous albums this year--to indefinite hiatuses. Then earlier this month The Sainte Catherines, Landmines, and Grown Ups all announced their break-ups. Some of those bands are already in the middle of their final tour, so don't miss them.
