Every Time I Die Drummer Quits

Posted by Michael on June 30, 2009

Every Time I Die drummer Mike Novak has announced his departure from the group. The band had just completed the recording of their new full-length effort and first for new label Epitaph Records. Here is what Novak had to say of his leaving:

I have officially quit Every Time I Die due to personal conflicts. I feel like im getting myself out of an uncomfortable, unhealthy situation, and it's for the best for everyone, and I'm ready to move on with my life. I still plan to play and be involved in music and am looking for a new project to pursue. This is a new exciting chapter in my life and hope anyone who has enjoyed me as a person/drummer in this band for the last 11 years, sticks with me for whatever endeavor the future brings me. Thanks to all the ETID fans throughout the years.
