The Minor Times Schedule Second-To-Last Show

Posted in Shows on October 10, 2009

The Minor Times have lined up a one-off "reunion" show of sorts for October 30th in their hometown of Lansdale, PA.  The band, which originally broke up in late 2007, had this to say of the upcoming show and the band's plans for a final farewell show:

Our friend Derek asked us a few months ago if we’d headline his annual free Halloween show in Lansdale. At first we declined due to everyone’s hectic schedules and the fact that, well…we aren’t a band anyone. But after everyone getting to talk with one another we decided that it would be a good idea; if only to get to spend some time together again. We’ve always planned on playing an “official” last show, as we never really had one. However, this won’t be our last show, but rather our second to last. Once we got together in person to talk about the idea of playing this show we decided that it would be fun to play one last time to celebrate the release of our split LP with Engineer this winter. An exact date for that show hasn’t been set yet but we can say that it will be in Lansdale and be all ages (unfortunately this Halloween show is 21+).
