The annual party thrown by Burger Records will be hosted by John Waters for the sixth straight year, and the first wave of band announcements includes Bikini Kill and Circle Jerks, both making their return to the Bay Area after lengthy hiatus, plus Bleached, Flipper, Pansy Division, Carbonas, Alice Bag, and more.
