Incubate Sept 2016 announces first bands

Scheduled for Sept. 8-11 in Tilburg, Netherlands, INcubate September 2016 has announced the first bands of waves eto play the thrice-annual festival. Highlights include Yob, Deerhoof, Kayo Dot, Nothing, and Black Cobra, with more still be announced (and more after the jump).
