The annual Pitchfork Music Fetival in Chicago has announced more bands to play at the Jul 19-21 event at Union Park. Among the new bands announced are Swans, El-P, The Breeders, Killer Mike, ...And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead, Joanna Newsome, and more. The event previously announced such headliners as Bjork, R. Kelly, and Belle & Sebastian.

Over twenty more bands will be announced as the dates near. See below for more specific band and date of performance information for the eighth annual festival.
