Chicago, IL's Riot Fest have announced the full line-up for the festival to be held at the Congress Theater and Humboldt Park from September 14-16, 2012. New additions include Hot Water Music, Andrew W.K., Fireworks, and Pegboy to accompany earlier announced artists including Iggy & the Stooges, Elvis Costello, Descendents, Jesus & Mary Chain, Gaslight Anthem, NOFX, and a Slapstick reunion.
