Polar Bear Club Tracklisting & Cover Art Announced

The tracklisting and cover art to Polar Bear Club's debut for Bridge Nine Records has been revealed. The album, titled Chasing Hamburg, is due out September 8th.  The record's cover art can be viewed online here; the tracklisting is as follows:
