Primus will release a new album, Primus & the Chocolate Factory, on Oct. 21 on ATO Records, followed by a fall tour.
The record will be their first full-length in nearly 20 years and the line-up includes Les Claypool, Larry LaLonde, and Tim Alexander. "The idea was to combine the Frog Brigade and Primus, and do this record," Claypool says. The record pays homage to 1971's film Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory.
