Coming on May 26, Estates will release their 10 song debut LP titled It's Great to Be Alone.

Released on Flannel Gurl Records, the '90s influenced record from the Milwuakee trio was recorded by Shane Hochstetler at Earth Analog and mastered by Carl Saff. A track listing is included after the jump.
