Long Island, NY based raw and melodic punk band Somerset Thrower just shared the new single "Never Going To Therapy," which is also the first single from the band's new record this summer, Take Only What You Need to Survive. The new record comes out on July 11 and is their fourth LP. It will release on Smartpunk Records.

“This was the first song we wrote for the record and it inevitably became the first single," says vocalist Frank Traficante. "As we continued writing, I wasn’t sure of its place on the album. The band convinced me it was good and Jon [Markson, producer] made it come to life in the studio. It reflects on being young and pure and standing on your convictions as an artist. It’s as tongue in cheek as it is sincere.”

Take Only What You Need to Survive tracklist:

1. Free Time

2. Motor City

3. Never Going To Therapy

4. Brooklyn Zoo

5. Whole in the World

6. Sidearm

7. The Losing Streak

8. Bad Luck Mirror

9. Modern Speed

10. Shinebox
