Ontario hardcore band Body Minus Head has announced a new 10-song album called An Exercise in Self-Sufficiency, out May 30 on No Funeral Records.
Members of the 4-person group have also played with Basque, Exalt, Mockingbird Wish Me Luck, Wayfarer. and more.
