The alternate lineup Melvins 1983 has announced a new album out on April 18. Melvins 1983 will release Thunderball on Ipecac Recordings, the first full-length from this arrangement in four years

They shared the 9+ minute single "Victory of the Pyramids" to announce the record, featuring Buzz Osborne and original Melvins drummer, Mike Dillard,

The 5-song record spans 34 minutes overall.
