Kepi Ghoulie is keeping the Valentine's Day tradition alive -- releasing a new love-themed song and 7" this year. The single will hit digital outlets soon, with vinyl coming just a touch late, toward the end of the month or early march.
This year's single is a cover of "Our Love Survives," originally by The Thermals, and Hutch Harris, vocalist and guitarist of said band, handled engineer duties on the recording. The b-side is another cover, this one "Happy Soul," originally by Daniel Johnston. The 7" is limited to 400 copies worldwide, via Eccentric Pop.
If this is all too sappy for you, Kepi Ghoulie also shared an Anti-Valentines list with SPB last year.
25% of all pre-order sales will be donated to Community Organized Relief Effort (CORE), which is focused on Los Angeles fire recovery efforts.
