Fans of hardcore, noise, and powerviolence take note of a new split 7" released via split labels. The new Yatsu and Wanderer split comes via The Ghost Is Clear Records and Mummified Gasp Records on Dec. 20 -- though we get a song from each artist now.

Yatsu is based in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX and Wanderer comes from Minneapolis, also making it a split of twin cities' based bands, in a sense.

“We clicked with the Yatsu gang so well during our first shows together that it was almost inevitable that we would do a release together. Yatsu is exactly the kind of music we think our world needs more of; music with a real message. We’ve been playing these songs for almost ten years, and they have evolved naturally through that experience, and recording them again in their new iterations seemed like a perfect way to call back to the beginnings of the band while also heavily hinting at our sonic future. This is also the debut release of our guitarist Brent’s new label Mummified Gasp, which we will be releasing new music through in the future as well,” Wanderer says in a press release.

Track Listing:

Side A (YATSU):

1. October Seventh

2. Biological Bullseye

Side B (WANDERER):

1. Glass Chewer

2. Presence // Absence
