The Sewer Cats, a punk duo from the UK that initially built from the lineup of predecessor group The Sewer Rats, is back -- announcing Obnoxious, out on Sept. 20 via TNSrecords on vinyl, cd, and digital. It is the group's second full-length and features 11 songs in total.
