It's time to reimagine The Bar Stool Preachers
The Bar Stool Preachers - Below The Static EP

The Bar Stool Preachers have reworked six songs from 2022's Above the Static on a new EP called Below the Static, including "ACall Me on the Way Home" below. The EP will release on Sept. 13 via Pure Noise Records.

"For this release, we really wanted to highlight how good the songwriting was. We were stoked with how well the album went down but we really wanted to expose some of the more vulnerable elements and fuck with the format a bit. To hear such strong fxmale vocals, and having heavy guitar riffs on cellos/violins etc. really got us excited about these songs again. Some of the versions are stripped right back to just a voice and one instrument. It's the band like you've never heard it before, and really breathes a different life into the songs," the band says in a prepared statement.

When you're done, check out the original.

Below The Static Tracklisting:

  1. Doorstep (Reimagined)
  2. Call Me on the Way Home (Reimagined)
  3. Flatlined (Reimagined)
  4. All Turned Blue (Reimagined)
  5. Laptop (Reimagined)
  6. Don't Die Today (Reimagined)

The comfort and familiarity in the songs and singer TJ McFaull's voice truly released some endorphines in my soul. After some research, I figured it out. That's the son of the singer of Cock Sparrer! There are definitely some elements of Cock … Read more
