Maine black metal project Obsidian Tongue, featuring Brendan Hayter (Shabti, Thrawsunblat, Obsequiae-live) and drummer Ray Capizzo (Falls Of Rauros, Shabti, Panopticon-live), has shared the title track from an upcoming EP, The Stone Heart. The EP has 3 songs in total and will release on Feb. 2 digitally. It also features bass guitar from Hayter on record, with Brian Tennison (Eave) playing live with the group.
The duo last released Volume III (Bindrune Recordings) in 2020. A release show is scheduled for Ja. 27.
