Baltimore, MD hardcore band Tripper has shared a new song, "Pressed," which also appears on the band's upcoming debut EP, People Die Every Day.
The band pulls from classic influences, adding both experimental and powerviolence tinges within.
“I’ve mostly written about my experience with mental health - some moments that changed me and exploring difficult feelings - but generally want our songs to be positive or perhaps empowering," says vocalist Alex Szydelska. "‘Pressed’ is about recovering from CPTSD and feeling like it’s never ending, but also the process of coming back to yourself.”
The band formed last year and played their first show this May. Upcoming shows are listed below for those of you on the East Coast.
