Spoilers, formed in the UK in 2015 with a current lineup of Snuff bassist Dan Goatham on lead vocals and guitar, guitarist and vocalist Ben, bassist Stu, and drummer Leon, has a new EP out soon, There or Thereabouts.
The melodic punk band shared a single from said EP this week, "Peaches and Cream," which Goatham explains, "It was something a bloke I used to drink with would say, he’d have a really positive story always ending somehow on a downer...And he once said 'well, it ain’t all peaches and cream.' So I stole it."
Written half pre-lockdown and half during, the record follows the band's Roundabouts, released in 2018.
Simon Short (The Drowns) joins in on "Peaches and Cream," playing hammond organ.
