Today long-running ska-rock 'n' more band Fishbone announced a self-titled EP out on May 26 to mark the band's 40th anniversary. The EP includes five songs and will release on Fat Wreck imprint Bottles To The Ground. It was recorded at produced by Fat Mike.
The lineup in 2023 includes four of the six original members. The band shares a new song now, “Estranged Fruit,” which is a collaboration with NOFX. The Ep is their first new recorded material in five years.
Fishbone play at Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas later this month, then in support of Les Claypool’s Flying Frog Brigade.
