Digital Negative, an industrial project from duo Richard Johnson (Drugs Of Faith, Agoraphobic Nosebleed, ex-Enemy Soil) and Daniel Euphrat (Person918x, Timmy Sells His Soul), has announced EP2, to be released digitally (of course) via Bandcamp on March 3.
While described as glitched out industrial, the pair of musicians composed the tracks together in person, using guitars, electronic drums, samples, and vocals. “Samples chosen to emphasize artificiality is still the M.O.; I just tried to use a different variety of rhythms for this EP,” Euphrat says of the process, which bears forth the new single, fittingly titled "Industrial Scraps."
The duo originally came together during the pandemic shutdowns of 2020, releasing a self-titled EP via Hostile 1 Tapes in 2021.
