Mightmare, an indie/dark pop project from Sarah Shook, has shared both a new video ("Enemy"), plus news of a debut album that will release on Kill Rock Stars next month. The album is called Cruel Liars and comes out on Oct. 14.

While Shook is known for their country work with Sarah Shook & the Disarmers, Mightmare takes a new direction. The project spawned from the lack of touring during the height of the pandemic in 2020, and the album was written, produced, and engineered by Shook.
