Based on a dataset of revoiced and reassembled orchestrations by friends and members of the larger Pusciforce cosmos, Puscifer’s Existential Reckoning album will be reinterpreted by an all-star cast comprised of protagonists like NIN’s Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, QOTSA’s Troy Van Leeuwen, Tool’s Justin Chancellor, Phantogram, Daniel P. Carter and more.
With the band having released a companion remix collection for each of their studio albums, Existential Reckoning: Rewired (December 9, Puscifer Entertainment/Alchemy Recordings/BMG) is bound to be one of the more interesting reimaginations of Puscifer’s emissions, given the electro-laced nature of the record.
