Having run up accolades in the music press, Melbourne, Australia-based rock band Amyl & the Sniffers scheduled a release date of tomorrow, Sept. 10, for the release of their second album, Comfort To Me. The record comes out via ATO Records/Rough Trade, kicking things off with the "Hertz" single (below) earlier this week.
With Melbourne currently in lockdown, the band has scheduled an Oct. 5 livestream, previously recorded "
on a slab of concrete in a suburban wasteland somewhere in Melbourne, Australia," which seems fitting given the retro-meets-post-apocalyptic tones of the "Hertz" video.
