Pittsburgh punk project The Homeless Gospel Choir is back with a brand new single, "Young and in Love" (below), in preview of a new album this spring.
The band will release This Land Is Your Landfill on April 25 on A-F Records (USA) and Hassle Records (UK/EU). While The Homeless Gospel Choir is a full band, the project is led by songwriter Derek Zanetti but the new album involves a supporting cast of musiciansto round out the sound with extra volume. The lineup includes Matt Miller (Endless Mike and the Beagle Club, Wingnut Dishwashers Union), Maura Weaver (Mixtapes, Ogikubo Station), Megan Schroer (Boys, Kitty Kat Fan Club), and Craig Luckman (Small Pollen, Belly Boys), and more.
The project wll be touring this year as well, including scheduled dates with Good Riddance and Harley Poe.
