Jim and the French Vanilla - Afraid of the House

Jim Blaha of The Blind Shake will release a full-length solo album under the name Jim and the French Vanilla on Feb. 10. The album will is titled Afraid of the House and releases on Dirtnap Records.

The record is his third solo effort under the name, but the first to be widely distributed and to encorporate a full-band sound, with the help of bandmate and brother Mike Blaga.

The song "Now Even War" is streaming at Impose. The Blind Shake released Celebrate Your Worth last year.
