Chris McCaughan (Lawrence Arms) solo project Sundowner has announced details concerning his third full-length release and first on new label home Fat Wreck Chords. The album, Neon Fiction, will be released on Sept. 3. A track listing is below.

Sundowner released We Chase the Waves in 2010.
