Witchery Set June Release Date For New Album

Witchery have wrapped up work on their new album “Witchkreig” and will release it in North America on June 29th via Century Media. The band, who feature members of The Haunted (Patrik Jensen), Opeth (Martin Axenrot) and Arch Enemy (Sharlee D’Angelo); have made their new track “The Reaver” available online for streaming via their Myspace. The song features a guest appearance from both Gary Holt and Lee Atlus of Exodus.

Meanwhile, a number of other guests will also grace the album, including Slayer guitarist Kerry King, who appears on the album’s title track. Other appearances include Hank Sherman of Mercyful Fate, Force Of Evil fame, Andy La Rocque of King Diamond and Jim Durkin of Dark Angel.
