Tortoise will be releasing a two song remix 12" of songs from Beacons of Ancestorship. Side A features nEye from Boredoms doing a remix of the album's opening track "High Class Slim Came Floatin' In". Side AA features Mark Ernestus of Basic Channel and Rhythm & Sound doing a version of the track "Gigantes". The 12" will be limited to 1,500 copies and will be released on August 18th.
