The Foo Fighters have announced a number of details concerning their new full-length effort, Echoes, Silence, Patience And Grace, which is due out September 25th. The album, which is being produced by Gil Norton (who produced their landmark effort The Colour and the Shape), will be the band's sixth studio effort. Song titles for the album have also been announced, though the actual ordering has not been confirmed as of yet. Here are the expected titles:
"The Pretender," "Let it Die," "Erase/Replace," "Long Road to Ruin," "Come Alive," "Stranger Things have Happened," "Cheer Up, Boys (Your Make-Up is Running)," "Summers End," "Ballad of the Beaconsfield Miners," "Statues," "But, Honestly," and "Home." The Foo Fighters released the two-disc opus In Your Honor in 2005 and the tenth anniversary edition of The Colour and Shape was released in stores today.
