According to the Associated Press, Syd Barrett - guitarist and founding member of psychedelic rock group Pink Floyd has died. He was 60 years old. Barrett, as well as Roger Waters, Nick Mason, and Rick Wright founded Pink Floyd in 1965, but Barrett was forced to leave the band in 1968 as a result of the pressures of drugs and fame.
