DOA's Joe Keithley elected to city council

D.O.A.'s Joe Keithley has won a seat on the Burnaby city council and will serve on one of eight seats. Having run for other political offices in the past, Keithley placed eigth in the recent election and will represent the Green Party. Burnaby is a city just outside of Vancouver.

Besides his political accomplishment, Keithley's long-running band D.O.A. last released Fight Back (Sudden Death Records) and will be playing shows along the US West Coast in November and December.
