Former Ramones drummer Richie Ramone - Richard Reinhardt - had his lawsuit against Apple, RealNetworks, and Wal-Mart over digital sales of Ramones songs dismissed by a federal judge in New York.  Reinhardt played on three full-length releases from 1984-1987 and wrote six songs which were the basis for the lawsuit: "Smash You," "Somebody Put Something in My Drink," "Humankind," "I’m Not Jesus," "I Know Better Now" and "(You) Can't Say Anything Nice."
