Oink Shut Down / Owner Arrested

Oink, the members-only download site for file-sharing music, has been shut down by British and Dutch authorities. The owner, a twenty-four-year-old man, was arrested in the town of Middlesbrough.  Last week, Dutch authorities siezed the site's servers, which were housed in Amsterdam.
