Having last released Shifting EP in 2020, UK indie punk band The Lonely Surf is back with a new single, "12 Months Out," released Friday Aug. 11 via Disconnect Disconnect Records.
The new single features the lineup of Dom Wright, Matt Gibbons, George Fullerton, and new bassist Daniel Mundy.
“'12 Months Out' is about taking time out to reflect on tough situations and realising that you’re stuck in a cycle, doing things that aren’t helping you and not looking after yourself. It’s about ultimately letting go of things that you hold close and coming out the other side with a fresh perspective,” says Wright.
