Yesterday, one year since Russia invaded Ukraine, Beans on Toast released a protest song titled "Against the War" on a pay-what-you-will basis to raise funds for C.N.D. (Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament).
“'Against the War' is a protest song. It's a song about peace written in a time of war. It wasn't an easy song to write, but like everyone, the horrors of the Ukraine invasion have been at the forefront of my mind for the past year," the UK based artist explains.
"Against the War" is the second of three singles planned for early 2023, along with extensive touring.
Beans on Toast released a children's book series, with related recordings, in late 2022.
