Industrial group Deathline International has debuted the politically-charged song "Troops of Tomorrow" this week, with guest contributions from the "Chorus of Voices" featuring Jello Biafra, Christopher Hall (Stabbing Westward, members of Black Needle Noise, Pigface, Chiasm, Suicide Queen, and more.
"Troops of Tomorrow" is a cover of The Vibrators' 1978 title, also covered by The Exploited in 1982.
Summarizing a statement by the band, they explain this project by saying:
"It is our big cheer to those who stand up, call foul and resist."
All profits from the single will be donated to the ACLU. It was created in part through collaborative label COP International.
