Take one drummer, one bass player, and one guitar player, lock them in a rehearsal space, hamper them with their previous experiences (Garrison, Kill Verona, The Chase Scene, Drowningman, Escapist, The Distance, The Jazz June), make them listen to alot of Quicksand, Hot Water Music, Rush (damn drummer), Hum, Cursive, Unbroken, Samiam, Sunny Day Real Estate, Texas is the Reason, Lifetime, Bad Religion, and a mess of other bands on 7" vinyl (if you have to ask...means you're too young to understand), and you have: DoYouStillHateMe...
