Blackout! Records has kicked off a new series of reissues, coming out monthly, focusing on NYHC classics. The series begins on July 28, when the label will reissue three records from Sheer Terror:
- Thanks Fer Nuthin'
- Unheard Unloved and Old
- New, Borrowed and Blue
Each will release in limited variants, with Project M also releasing variants.
"Sheer Terror was a CBGB matinee favorite of mine years before I ever thought about starting a label. But it wasn't the over-the-top ferocity of the band that really got me, it was Paul's lyrics. There was a level of anger, introspection, and storytelling that made all others pale in comparison," label founder Bill Wilson reflects.
Future reissues have not been publicly announced at this time.
