Relapse Records just added a new band to the label: Chepang, who will release Jhyappa on May 23.

The grindcore band currently resides in Queens, NY, with ties back to Kathmandu, Nepal, sampling Nepali pop on the album and singing in the Nepali language.

The band shared a pair of singles today: “Parichaya 2.0 / Shakti (Force).”
