California Bay Area band Scowl has a new label and a new single, respectively Dead Oceans and "Special." The new song continues their evolving take on hardcore with unique song structures and a back-and-forth sing-scream approach.
The band last released Psychic Dance Routine in 2023. The press announcement of the label change suggests more new material in the coming year.
