The wife-husband duo Venamoris, featuring Paula and Dave Lombardo (ex-Slayer), has signed with Ipecac Recordings, sharing the new single "In the Shadows" and announcing that the group will release its second album next year, in 2025, on their new label home.

“’In The Shadows’ is a song that arose from real-life feelings,” Paula Lombardo says in a press release. “The pulsating drum wholly evocative of marching forward even when internal unrest is still close-at-hand. It is a call for self-acceptance with the heaviness of a life well lived.”

Stay tuned for more news from the group.
